The eternal calm before the storm and multi-tasking perfectionist. Shelley has over twenty six years’ experience in Human Resources, the last six years of which were spent in an Executive role in a listed, blue chip company making waves in the Talent Management space. An animal lover, faithful, steadfast, compassionate and forthright, her expertise extends into and beyond the realms of change management, leadership and people development. Being able to make exceptional tea aside, her project management skills and gift for creative expression turns ordinary things and situations into something magical. Invested in the business of relationships and with an uncanny ability to understand people her main interest in life is to inspire and make things happen for others. She is the Nine to Fives cheerleader, the ‘glue’, the heart that keeps things moving.
The problem solving, straight shooting, over-achieving accountant. Tracy epitomizes and lives by the Mantra; “Work hard, play harder” The kind of person who can host a dinner party, run a business and find a way to gym, all at the same time. Career focused and tailor made for the corporate world, Tracy’s twenty one years in a multi-national listed Shipping and Logistics company as Divisional Chief Financial Officer and then Divisional Chief Executive, have seen her deal swiftly, vigorously and efficiently with any situation, across a multitude of portfolios. A woman with zero tolerance for inefficiency, slow drivers and peanut butter, Tracy’s insight into business, its workings and personalities are equally matched by her brilliance for numbers and solutions. The innovative, long-range thinker who turns the impossible into the possible.
Liam loves running, music and red wine. The unanimous artist, with over fourteen years experience in the creative space. A dreamer, constant creator and capable leader whose talents range from script-writing and acting to directing and music production. As an actor Liam has graced every major stage in the country, as well as Sweden, London and Belgium. Magner’s award winning scripts have achieved national success, along with his original sound productions that frequent the South African airwaves. When Liam isn’t breathing life into ideas, he can be found entertaining crowds of thousands with his side project, Veranda Panda. He hates wearing ties, spends way too much money on Sushi and Nike’s and loves waking up every day, because he loves what he does.
